Christmas Window Decoration
During the approach Christmas, it’s disappointing to see how many high street shops do so little to decorate their windows for the festive season. My neighborhood high street in Winchester is a prime model where most of the windows are quite boring. A couple of them will pop some snowflake stickers on the glass but they’re usually low quality and basically just a white snowflake shape imprinted onto a square or round bit of clear vinyl. The general impact is modest and nasty and does nothing to allure customers through the entryway.
Static stick window stickers are ideal for decorating your windows for Christmas. Go for the snowflake stickers that are decal cut to pursue the shape of the design so that the unmistakable material is scarcely perceptible. Using packs of static stick snowflakes in different sizes you can create stunning window displays. They’re really easy to apply – just spray water on the glass, slide the sticker into place and squeegee out the excess water when you’re content with the position. When the festive season is finished, just strip them off the window. No mess, no hassle! I like to pop them into a bowl of warm water with a drop of washing up fluid, which keeps them spotless and supple, before setting them on the first support sheet to keep for one year from now.
