Luxury Family House
I think I will write the legislature. I just made sense of how to solve a tremendous issue in the present economy. I just made sense of how to fix the housing market. The answer is to pass a law that no one in America can lease a single-family house. Leasing may be permitted to apartments.
The main thing you can do with a single-family house other than live in it, is to sell it lease 2-possess. The reasoning is simple. It will make everything easier. In a standard rental of a single family house, a proprietor wants to get a cash stream from the rental and they need the inhabitant to pay on-time each month and never trouble them. In comparison, in a standard rental, an inhabitant wants to get into a house and pay lease and they need the house to work well and be without issue. That is ideally, but what really happens is quite different. The inhabitant has problems with the house because all things considered, it is a house and things break in a house. It’s no one’s flaw that the things break (sometimes) but that is what happens.
The landowner of a single family house is intermittently not a professional proprietor. They have another activity and they landowner as an afterthought. This creates problems because the landowner either doesn’t realize how to fix things or they don’t have the additional cash to pay for the repairs or they just would prefer not to be pestered. This whole scenario creates an abrasive relationship among landowner and occupant.
