3) Basement lighting can be critical because it will set the disposition for the room. Basements commonly have little to no sunlight and thus the artificial lights you choose are critical. Attempt things like string lights, globe lights, Onyx lights, and oddity lights to get just what you need the room to resemble.
4) The basement will naturally be the coldest room during the blistering summer months and it may be made into a bedroom or guest room.
